Had some glass shelves collected via this company. They were intact when they left the shop. Next thing I hear is they are smashed and sitting in a warehouse. The company denied all responsibility saying I signed a waiver knowing risks of sending glass blah blah. They send me a huge packet of documents of their Terms and Conditions just to add insult to injury. For the sake of £20 (for which I'm now out of pocket) and what would have been repeat custom I will never use again or recommend. Disgusting treatment of customer. If I could rate them 0 Stars I would but system doesn't allow.
