This man is a disgrace to the building trade. 3 (yes THREE) years after he completed our extension he still refuses to accept responsibility for the poor workmanship he left us with:
Hew refuses to issue a guarantee for his work
Roof tiles have fallen off the extension
The shower in the en suite badly leaks and has ruined the plaster in the new utility room below
The patio is a total mess-vast amounts of grouting between slabs has been washed away
the doors fitted are so poor in quality that they have warped and cannot be closed
Skirting boards have warped away from the walls
the tiling in the en suite could be bettered by a three year old
He has left a whole heap of rubbish in the front garden
We are sick of broken promises and pathetic excuses and we're still no closer to getting the work completed
