Extremely POOR customer service, which is a shame because their product is good. I had been a happy customer for two years. I had concerns about new delivery personnel to our address. Upon inquiring about the driver's credibility, my call was terminated, my correspondence not returned and my account deleted. The follow up I received from senior management was impassive and took three weeks for a reply. Months late I am still waiting for them to collect their empty box and return my deposit.
