I attended hypnosis sessions with Garry Dunmore to try and cure my phobia of spiders that I have had all my life. Within 4 sessions I was able to calmly remove spiders from my house without panic. This is fantastic. He also taught me how to transfer these techniques to any area of panic and to be able to feel calm and composed in situations where I would normally not be able to do so. I'd really recommend Dunmore Hypnotherapy. It works!
