Be warned... This surveyor seemed professional and we agreed a price and timeframe which was critical for my house purchase . As soon as I paid him he disappeared off the face of the earth. Countless calls, emails and texts for several days and not a single response to date. Not sure if this is fraud or incompetence yet, I suppose time will tell.
