Ordered an Aquael Neo heater - was sent an aquael easyheater which firstly is an inferior product and could have purchased elsewhere for much less. Secondly the easyheater is NOT even advertised on their website. Contacted Hemswell to return product and they would not reply via email. Luckily I had paid through paypal and was able to raise as a dispute. After approx a month paypal refunded my money. I had to return the product at my own expense. Therefore it cost me the price of recorded delivery to discover that Hemswell are not a reliable supplier...be very careful if considering Hemswell... as long as you don't need to contact them or need to return anything sure they are fine!
