You know that you are on to a winner when you feel like you are paying the office cleaners too little. The team from End Of Tenancy Cleaning have been working at our office for a year or two without having asked for a pay rise! We are going to give them one anyway, as they have been here for ages without a single step wrong, and everyone gets on really well with them. It is rare to find a big business company offering a pay rise to their cleaner, but I suppose that shows how invaluable they are!
