This is simply a middle man! He sits at home, has no premises or printing equipment at all. He takes your design, and pays an actual print house /business to produce your product, then charges you a stupid amount for the courtesy!
Save yourself the money and go to a REAL print house. don't line the pocket of a pointless service!
