Simon Morton is the main boss at Mortons. He represented me initially as the duty solicitor at Stockport Magistrates Court. I couldn't believe my luck. He is an excellent advocate as he tore the prosecution evidence to shreds during my trial.
The magistrates had alternative other than to find me not guilty on the basis that I was the victim rather than perpetrator of a domestic assault.
