I have used this service and I would not recommend this to anyone.
My poor dog came back with bleeding claws from having them cut down too short.
My dog now shakes and won't let anyone near her claws.;
The owner 'Claire' is very rude and once even forgot I had booked an appointment a month ago!
She was busy and the amount of times she hasn't even bothered answering the door or the phone when I've walked there for my appointment.
I only live down the road - a 2 minute walk so it's convenient for me - however I would rather go elsewhere than go to this woman ever again.
The garage smells and the end result is not good at all where the dog is concerned.
The woman is rude and she refuses to do some appointments and I've always been polite when I've spoken to her and it's her business! I've been a loyal customer and now I won't be going here ever again - I am appalled at the way me and my dog have been treated!
