Terrible service, repairs and paintwork. My vehicle was initially collected by a very scruffy tramp-like character who smelt of cigarettes and 'alcohol' who left an unsafe 'GoKart' type courtesy car with no paperwork. My poorly vehicle was then taken away on a smokey rusty old truck that looked like it should be scrapped! When I collected my vehicle from their depot two weeks later, after having no update on how my vehicle was getting on (but they soon got in contact when they wanted paying!) I was sadly unhappy about the works that were carried out, I was then made to feel it was my fault by intimidating management and forced to sit in a small dirty reception area with very unhelpful, gossiping and terribly crude female receptionists. I was sent here by my insurance company (RBS) after having an accident. I ended up having to get the repairs repaired again at my own expense elsewhere as they 'refused' to help me. Thankfully my insurance company are helping me with further action towards this company.
