Sadly I wish I had looked for reviews on this guy before buying from him. I bought a car and have had to call the AA out twice for differnt issues in less than 5 days of owning the thing, when i went back and asked for my money back on the grounds of being sold faulty goods I was refused and dismissed. Unfortuantly I have now had to seek advice from, citizens advice and am in the process of trying to get my money back.
This dealer is all niceties when he's selling, as soon as you have a problem he becomes dismissive, is uninterested in hearing what your complaint is and becomes very bullish in the way he speaks to you.
Buyer beware, this guy is a bully his 20 years of experience does not translate into his customer service.
