First time end of tenancy cleaning user here. I didn’t know what to expect, but everything was explained on the phone, the woman walked me through all the procedures required. The cleaners came a bit late, I couldn’t understand one of them, but everything went smoothly after the initial hassle. It took them a lot of time and I wasn’t allowed to go back to the property, so I was a bit worried. In the end I got my deposit back which is the most important thing. I would definitely recommend them. The prices are very affordable, but you should call the support if you need anything additional, because it was hard to talk with some of the cleaners.
