What they don't tell you is the phone number is NOT a mobile. It is a high rate number answered by someone in Southend, not Newark. These people use real 'local' tradesmen and give them about 50% of the job cost. In other words you are charged 100% MORE for the job simply because you rang a high rate phone number. Make sure the glaziers you get are actually local.
