I have to say, I am very pleased with the cleanliness of my oven internally. However, I was told the area around it, as well as the stovetop will be cleaned as well. The cleaner did a very great job in cleaning the inside of it but I guess forgot the top. Anyways, I would not say this ruined my experience with the company.
