In response to a claim for some minor damages, Oldhams management treated us with an incredibly offensive attitude (although the claim was properly settled in the end). We later discovered that Oldhams had disclosed our removal address to third-parties, which we considered a violation of our privacy rights and potentially exposed vulnerable persons to risk. Very poor behaviour that we suspect was in retaliation for the insurance claim. On this basis, we are not able to recommend this company.
