We booked Rosewood Loft Creations in June 2013 to commence work in October 2013. During that period I rang them several times and they assured me that the work would commence as planned. When October came they didn't show up so I rang them. After leaving several messages I rechecked their website only to find their number had changed (they never informed me of this). I rang the new number and they promised that the work would begin the following week. The week went by but no workmen so I rang again and this time a man came round to look at the loft again. He then said that work would begin within that week. Again no workmen. I began to leave messages daily but no reply - so I checked their website and they'd changed the number again! - I rang the new number and got through. Once again they promised to start work the following week. But once again failed to show. Again I began to leave messages - as no one ever answered - but to no avail. Finally I told them that if they did not reply by that friday I would have to look for a different builder. They never got back to me so I'm back to retendering the work but as 6 months have now passed prices have risen and the best quotes are coming in at over £4k more than what I was originally being quoted, so Rosewood are costing me a lot of money!
