Very disappointed with the conduct of the service. Very poor communication, have not received any communication from them, and had to keep chasing them for updates. They took extra money from my account without my consent. Was unsuccessful with my case, and they cost me an extra £2000 in damages. I am yet to received a call or email informing me of an enquiry made over 3 weeks ago.
