I purchased a part for my car which the repairing garage told me was faulty and wouldnt fit. My car had to be ready by a certain date and they amde the decision to repair the existing part which was no good. I asked for a refund for the faulty part he declined and the owner Sach Patel said I had to exchange, knowing it was too late for me. Later, I asked for an exchange and the owner told me he was sick of all my lies and is refusing to offer me an exchange for a new part because he can not be bothered to look up my invoice number. Terrible aftersales services, and a poor attitude from the owner. I have heard that he gives the same service to some of the garages he supplies.
