I placed an order for a contardi coco deluxe table lamp by izeu in March. After 6 weeks I contacted Mac&Mac. After contacting them several more times over the following 6 weeks there was no sign of the table lamp. There was no explanation as to why a 4-6 week order had not been dispatched in 12 weeks or why they were ineffective in resolving the issue. I therefore cancelled the order. The customer service I received was poor. No one followed up my enquiries until I decided to cancel the order. They don't seem interested that they have let down a customer. After all the disappointment I have had with this company the final insult is that I now have to wait 4 weeks to get a refund. What a waste of 16 weeks. I won't shop with this company again.
