This firm were subcontracted to Lee Locksmiths, SE12 to carry out a very basic request to install 4 simple sash window locks at my home. I wasn't able to be there at the time this firm called around, but my wife was. She was charged £140 for four plastic locks that retail at £9.95 each, £65 labour for 20 minutes work, plus VAT. The final bill was £246, after I was quoted £130 by Lee Locksmiths. This firm will rip you off - go elsewhere.
