After spending over £3000 with what I thought was a reliable local business I am so disappointed. Even had trading standards involved and only way to sort this cowboy out is to take him to court. Bathroom taps didn't work and are now glued on, no invoices or receipts for anything yet he won't guarantee the work. He ignores your letters and calls and is basically off the earth once he has got your money! My next step is bang on his door til he sorts my bathroom out! Don't use unless you want a shoddy job and no comeback!
