Not very impressed with Rachels service, arrived early for both trial and on the day and always appeared in a rush, despite being paid a costly sum. Make up and hair resembled supplied pictures but not accurately for everyone in my party. She didn't do my mums hair on the trial (or bother to wet her hair for the blow dry on the wedding day) so I felt it was fair to ask her to help lace my dress on the day which she did wrong, leaving a visible hole and a hoop unlaced, ruining my wedding photos. Sadly wouldn't recommend to others.
