Oh, my God! Please don't be scammed by this fraudulent false bond company masquerading as a family company. They rip of the vulnerable . I had a pub with Robinsons Brewery, and as with all pub companies you have to put a security bond down. We left the pub in September, and was told the company holds £2000 back for 3 months. Today I went to collect my money, and the so called family company Robinsons Brewery, Had ripped me off for £1040 When I complained and told the reception I would wait, and sit in reception until they sorted this mistake out. I was met by a lot of abuse from 4 female members of staff, one of which actually used the F word ,it was totally out of order after all I done nothing wrong. This is just another one of these big boy companies that kick the vulnerable When there down. When we left the pub we had a walk round with the Area Manager and other members Of Robinsons Brewery They actually thank me for all the improvements We made to the pub and said it looked better than it ever did. They did phone the police I felt like a criminal I done nothing wrong I just want what is owed to me Alison D
