terrible! design seems ok, but absolutely nothing makes sense in these flats. eco-boilers, lights in bathroom that come on and go off automatically and the noise from the ambulance/police fested kingsland road keeps you up all night! kitchen and bathroom are already falling apart due to the use of the cheapest materials out there. I will rate 1 star, 1 star too many!
