Would never use. Booked a whole bridal party to have manicures and pedicures the day before wedding and she never showed up. When she finally replied to a call, she texted (not phoned) to say she'd emailed the night before at 11pm (!) to say she had a power cut. a) so what?! she was coming to our apartment and b) why email at 11 when i am away from home and don't have email and she had my phone number. VERY unprofessional and caused a lot of stress the day before the wedding.
