This was my first time experience with Hoodaki. I wanted air tickets at the last moment for travelling to Srilanka, due to the sad demise of my mother-in-law. I was panicky and called up number of travel agencies, but could not get any flight. Few agencies who had tickets were asking for soaring prices and I felt at loss. While searching for the cheap flights, name of Hoodaki came up and I decided to give it a shot. Luckily, Sarah picked up a phone and listened to my problem patiently.
