SHOCKING, they lie and are untrustworthy. I have been chasing my refund for a returned order for months, and i get ignored then lied to and fobbed off, they have my returned order, confirmed by email but still not had my refund, do not use them, buy elsewhere, i cannot believe how useless they are.
