Asked for payment upfront for work he would not/ could not finish. When he would reply to email (several different addresses used) came up with every excuse from ' not in his office this week' to family issues etc. etc. 1 year after last payment still have received nothing other than preliminary drawings. Intend to take legal action to recover expense and cost of a QUALIFIED architect to carry out what we had already paid for! The company who initially recommended him now have nothing to do with him either.
