I spent 2 weeks emailing, sending pictures address and phone numbers to try to get Tony to view, quote and cover my bed-sofa. He did not come to the first appointment made. On the 2nd day arranged for his visit, speaking by phone he was very rude before hanging up on me and again wasted my time with regards to viewing the sofa, even though I had agreed to pay £850. He is a wheeler dealer type and clearly I have had a lucky escape.
