We called them when we gave up trying to eliminate a mouse that was living in our first floor. It wouldn't seem to go away and all the traps weren't working. A professional was sent to our home to deal with the issue. He used some pesticide that exterminated the mouse by the end of the day. I can now rest assured my home is mice-free and it's all thanks to them.
