I am very pleased with the level of service provided by MODE Designs. I called their customer service hotline several times because I wanted to clarify some info on the furniture pieces I purchased and will be ordering. The agent I spoke to was very pleasant and friendly despite the numerous questions I had for him. I highly recommend them to everyone!
