TERRIBLE customer service however what is more annoying is the sales calls. I was harrassed by this company's sales team even after I had agreed to purchase the Facebook store. I requested that I stop receiving calls however still they came. I had to complain to the ICO and the Directors of FREESTART who admitted I had received "many calls". I would avoid this company if I were you.
