Do not use this company unless you are right on their doorstep. They give you good trade in prices until you turn up, then change what they have said, despite offering them pictures or documentation to guarantee the price. The crap that flowed from their mouths sounded very rehearsed so I expect they do this a lot, probably a ploy to back you into a corner and accept their pittance for your car! Oh well, I learnt a lesson today, all be it at the expense of £100 of fuel and a whole day spent travelling. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
