Only had an alarm fitted last week by another company and already had a problem with it. I called and called the company who fitted it and could not get through for someone to come and fix it (even though its under warranty!!!!!!!) after hours of trying and stressing I gave CTB alarms a call and they couldn't have been more helpful. They got an engineer out to me quickly and they sorted the fault. Very pleased with their services. Thank you.
