I am so impressed with Lee Idell of R & R Polishing, Sheffield. I phoned him one day enquiring about a Sheffield cutlery company I was having difficulty with. I had ordered and paid for some soup spoons from the first company and when nothing materialised after 2 months I suspected the worse, that I wouldn't be getting any goods from the first company. Lee told me what he knew of the first company's situation. So, still needing my soup spoons, Lee said he could supply them. They came through the post the next day! That is tremendous customer care.
