I would not recommend this Estate Agent under any circunstances. A number of properties have a high incidence of deaths taking place around every three months. Move Up actively support the landlord in removing safety measures for tenants. Tenants live in fear for their safety and within six months lose contact with their friends and family due to the intimidating and grooming behaviour of the estate agent employees who have threatened tenants if they dare leave the building, complain or report misconduct. In the event a complaint is made the Estate Agents raise false reports of misconduct against the tenant and deny witness testimonies. The employees have also silenced witness tenants to further isolate and control tenants into submission. There is a possibility the estate agent is linked to grooming activity.
