My dental implant assessment costing £125 only took 10 minutes. I was recommended by a Bupa dentist in the first instance to have an implant or the tooth out when my crown/tooth broke. (Fee paid £56). I booked an assessment and when I had this assessment no xray/3D scan was taken, no FULL gum assessment undertaken and only one option discussed as my tooth was not suitable for implant. Told to see another dentist by implant dentist. Had an xray by another bupa dentist who recommended the tooth should come out and to have implants elsewhere. Cost...another £75...£125 for dental extraction and start at square one...!
