Support people are really nice when explaining how things work! Being new to all this trading stuff I ask tons of questions about features and they never act annoyed. Always spend time walking me through everything slowly. Really nice having helpful people when youre still figuring out how all this works. Made everything way less scary for a beginner like me honestly
