Hillside House is a Novel Student residence, located just a 5-minute walk to Sheffield University’s Arts Tower and School of Law, and less than a 10-minute walk to The Diamond Building. With this short commute there will be more opportunity for a longer lie-in and take advantage of our free weekday grab & go breakfast. On top of that, there are plenty of local bars and shops around Hillside House where students can relax and spend quality time.
Hillside House has 15 floors with 250 rooms and includes amenities such as karaoke, game rooms, a rooftop terrace with an outdoor Cinema, BBQ, , a pool table and a pizza oven and much more. Novel Student’s top priority is the well-being of their residents, with a dedicated support team, well-being related events and an on-site wellness studio.
Our rooms include studios as well as shared en-suite apartments with up to 6 bedrooms.
