I phoned Dean and he replied by text. This was our conversation:
Dean: Hi cant talk whats up?
James: I was just wondering if you could do a detailing job on my BMW 3 series. I have my own wax for you to use.
Dean: Not interested sorry
James: Great cusomer service, thanks.
Dean: Grow up
Damien: I'll include your comments in an online review, thanks.
Dean: Couldn't give a toss.
