Dean: Couldn't give a toss. What a wonderful advert for the high levels of service and customer care he offers.

I am delighted with both the upgrades to my car and the fantastic customer service I got from Leonard, the very experienced owner of this business. I had my iPod integrated into my BMW, so I can also control it using my steering wheel buttons, and a very impressive sound system installed along with handsfree and DAB radio. The results are amazing and I am a very happy customer. The staff took their time to explain the options and made sure I was happy with the result. They even made minor changes to the set-up after I'd had them installed. Every other business I called offered an incorrect solution to my problem because they clearly did not have the knowledge, or apparently only want to quickly sell whatever they can with the minimum effort. I am so pleased I did not go with some of their competitors who, as I can see from online reviews, offer shoddy and arrogant behaviour towards paying customers (just read the horror stories of Dynamic Sounds customers!). Businesses like this are rare these days, offering genuine expertise and long term customer support.
