A similar thing happened to me except I paid over £200 for the return of my MacBook that had no promised Logic board replacement, no fuse replacement and was not returned to me in a protective box despite being promised one. He also referred me to someone else and held my MacBook for over a week.
Came back with smelling of smoke from cigarettes and corners damaged (from the post).
I agree, do not do any business with this company.
