This company has an unorthodox and a very unprofessional customer service mechanism. Do not use this company at all costs. The insurance they offer is a scam. In their terms and conditions it implies a customer or alternative recipient of its delivered items must fully check a product before signing for it and accepting it. I had a bike sent by this company which was damaged in transit. I paid £20 for £2k's worth of insurance coverage, and was told that because the item was signed for and not checked. i.e. bike taken out of the box and thoroughly checked before signing for the package, to check to see if it was damaged or not then I can't claim on my insurance. What recipient do you know puts a bike together while the courier waits to check if its damaged or not? No one. Please all don't waste your time.
I had a similar problem, expensive lesson to learn. i am now going to take this further, To my dismay I have many customers who have had problems with this company, but they keep getting away with it. Well not anymore.
